Registration and Submissions

We are offering a limited number of free accommodation for students in a residence. Students need to apply for it while registering, where they must provide the program (i.e., Ph.D., M.Sc., B.Sc., etc.), University (i.e., affiliation), and a brief justification for their free accommodation request. The residence does not include breakfast and you have to bring your own bed sheets (or sleeping bag) and towels.


Registration fee details

Registration fees are as follows:

  • Until the 15th of August (Early Bird registration):

300 USD for participants and 150 USD for students

  • Between the 16th of August and the 30th of September:

350 USD for participants and 200 USD for students

  • From the 1st of October until the 25th of November:

400 USD for participants and 250 USD for students

  • On-site payment (cash only):

450 USD for participants and 300 USD for students

Registration fees will cover conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks during the entire meeting, as well as the conference dinner and welcome reception cocktails, plus poster session beverages and snacks.
